As soon as a bottle is opened the wine is exposed to air an will start to rapidly oxidise and deteriorate. Typically an opened bottle of wine will only remain fresh for one or two days. By using our system you can removed oxygen from the headspace, replacing it with nitrogen gas, slowing down the oxidation process. This slowing process, keeps the wine unaltered for two weeks.
Installation
Our 'By the Glass' system is easily installed; as simple as plugging in kettle or a toaster. It ca be installed within half an hour. It can be placed behind the bar counter, on top of an existing bar or can be wall mounted, wherever the system is going to have maximum marketing appeal. The system can be designed to have as many pumping stations as you like from six to sixty.
